What shipping options can I choose?

At checkout, you can choose between two delivery methods:

  • Standard Shipping (with Tracking):

    Our standard option includes full tracking so you can follow your parcel every step of the way. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

  • Express Shipping:

    A faster service that also includes tracking, generally delivered within 1–3 business days after dispatch.

We only offer tracked delivery options to ensure your order’s safety and reliability. Tracking helps prevent lost parcels and allows you to stay updated on your delivery’s progress at all times.

What is the return policy?

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose carefully before completing your order.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

When will I get my order?

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days from our Sydney warehouse.

  • Standard Shipping (Australia Post Standard Service): Most parcels arrive within 5–10 business days after dispatch, but in some cases it may take up to 15 business days.
  • Express Shipping: If you selected Express at checkout, delivery is generally 1–3 business days after dispatch.

We appreciate your patience—once your order has left our warehouse, delivery times are unfortunately outside of our control.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

How do I get free shipping?

Simply spend AUD 35 or more in a single order and free shipping will be automatically applied at checkout. Free shipping does not include tracking; you can choose to upgrade to tracked delivery at checkout for an additional cost.
